22 November 2009 After 1.10.2009 there is a change in System of TDS.... deduction.... first we are showing the service/Product for tds Deduciton but after above date we just have to seen the party means Who is your Party.....i.e if he is Proprioter,HUF,Company,firm etc.... now Depends upon Party......for tds deduction
