Like Companies is their any Fast Track Exit (FTE) route for LLPs?
A LLP has not filed its Annual Accounts and Annual Returns from the date of incorporation neither is has carried on any business activity but it has got a Show cause notice for default under section 34 & 35 of LLP Act, what is the best solution?

There are no such scheme for LLP as of now. Frankly speaking, you do not have any option than to pay additional fees.

You can close your LLP with Form 24 but ROC will ask you to first complete pending filings before closing LLP.
