10 November 2016 Like Companies is their any Fast Track Exit (FTE) route for LLPs?

A LLP has not filed its Annual Accounts and Annual Returns from the date of incorporation neither is has carried on any business activity but it has got a Show cause notice for default under section 34 & 35 of LLP Act, what is the best solution?

11 November 2016 There are no such scheme for LLP as of now. Frankly speaking, you do not have any option than to pay additional fees.

What about Form 24 of LLP???
Can we take an exit through Form 24??

11 November 2016 You can close your LLP with Form 24 but ROC will ask you to first complete pending filings before closing LLP.
