13 July 2011 is TDS applicable on reimbursement of expenses at singapore by an indian Company. As per the agreement the company has to reimburse all the exps incured at singapore.

14 July 2011 Firstly, I understand that an Indian Co. wants to reimburse an Singapore Co.
Secondly, reimbursement of expenses not being in the nature of income, tds should not be applicable normally.

However, if such reimbursement is an integral part of an agreement/payment (say like a part of payment agreed for a service to be rendered by the Singapore Co.) then such reimbursement should all form part of the main service and tds shall be applied/complied on whole as a complete package.
