Is sip is also application for me or not?

Dear friends,
I have been cleared both group of cs executive programme. I have been registered for cs exe. prog. in dec. 2008. and I have done computer training but not go for sip. is heared sip is only applicable for the students. which reg. after 01.09.2009. so, sip training is also mandatory for me or not. please provide me help on this issue. and also procedure to reg. for professional stage and documents required for the same.

Dear Narendra Singh,
The students who were enrolled on or after 1st September 2009 has to attend SIP compulsorily and in your case, you no need to attend the SIP.
