is service tax applicable on profit of ocean freight

04 November 2008 As a cha/freight forwarder If we buy occean freight from shipping co., say at 1000$ & sell to the exporter at 1100$,then the profit margin is 100$.
Are we liable to pay service tax on this difference of 100$.
please provide notification no., whether applicable or not.
