Is service tax applicable applicable for job work process?

Dear Sir,
We are doing job work of Marigold extraction work to other company. We are receiving Marigold Flower from them and in process we extract the materials Marigold Olerisam from it. again we are sending that materials to our party. till now we didn't charging ST because it is agriculture itme process job work.
is it correct to not to charge st?.
please mention the notification no; of the ST.

Can u plz elaborate the procedure of extraction. Also, the use of extracted Final Product. Description of complete process is necessary to form a view with regard to applicability of ST.
