Sir,
As from 1st oct 2019 RCM is again applicable, i want to know whether it is applicable on goods also. As i buy goods from non registered person and sold out to registered person, whether i have to paid RCM.

No RCM on goods from unregistered, also as of now no RCM on unregistered inward supplied
