Should rail fare be included in cost of package offered for the purpose of levy of service tax or should be taxable under rail ticket agent's service?
Also please let me know the treatment to be given in books for income tax purpose.

My friend has given exam of pcc 2nd group in may 2012 & had already completed his articleship in Febraury 2012, he wants to know after getting result of 2nd group in august, if he clears, can he immediately apply for final exam in nov2012. Pls reply..

Normally, there is some time gap after passing the PCC/Inter exam. of such type of Insts. , before a student can appear in their final exam., in order to enable them to complete formalities of coaching etc.However,please advice your friend to go through the Prospectus of the Inst.There he can get correct answer to his query.
