09 July 2010 We are manpower supplier. One of our Client has requested to pay the leave salary and bonus on monthly basis. We would like to know whether the PF and ESI would be applicable on monthly leave wages and monthly bonus. If yes, please give us the detail of the same.

Leave encashment & bonus don't attract any PF deduction.No need to deduct/ deposit PF on these.
