Is MGT 14 required for ordinary resolution?

whether Pvt ltd company arranged the board meeting , some resolution passed is normal solution , and again special resoluion passed in next meeting. so we can file MGT 14 normal resolution or special resolution . ROC filing

Special resolution is required to be filed by Pvt Company with ROC vide MGT-14 except in very few cases.
