10 September 2014 Dear all, my client is providing rmRMC to one infra company by taking cement and water from the principal. whether RMC is covered in excise?? thanks in advance.

11 September 2014 yes RMC covered under the central excise and required to pay excise duty on receipt.

If you deliver RMC in customer place then there is exception under the central excise.
