Ipcc registration letter not reached to me

Hi,
My self Sandeep. I have done my CA IPCC registration at the SIRC Bangalore branch in the month of august i.e., on 19/08/2013 but till I dint get my registration letter.So please suggest me what shall I do Now. So that I can attend the ITT and Orientation programme.
My acknowledgement detail:
My DD No. 429014
Date : 19/08/2013
Amount : 11000/-
Name of bank and branch : SBI AED
Name: SANDEEP GUPTA R
I kindly request you to look forward into my problem and respond at the earliest.

Contact your regional Chapter,
They will provide you with Reg. No.
