03 August 2013 I registered for ipcc in january 2011. I haven't given any group for some reason.now i want to give both group in MAY 2014. 1)-Can i give ,and how attemps count and how many one can give in one go. 2)-if i am not allowed, then what to & how to do. Please tell me, thank you guys.

03 August 2013 Your IPCC registration is valid for 4 years from the date of registration i.e your registration is valid upto January 2015. So you are eligible and can write IPCC exams in May 2014 even both groups or single group what you want.

As per the ICAI regulations each and every eligible attempt shall count as the attempt even you attend such attempt or not. I.e means your first eligible attempt is November 2011 so your attempts will counted as per ICAI is from November 2011. However ICAI will consider number of attempts only for the purpose of eligibility to scholerships only at any other place it doesn't indicate no.of attempts. I.e on pass certificate or marks card at any place no.of attempt doesn't indicate.
