I have cleared my CPT exam in june 2013 attempt and i want join for IPCC so what's procedure for registration for may 2014 exam and when is the last date for registration

I'm searching for CA institute in banglore(near by malleshwarm or rajajinagar)to join and timings is not convenient for me.... so plz tel me a good coaching center where the timings should be by 4 PM onwards
