CAN I APPLY FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR CA IPCC BECAUSE I HAVE CLEARED C.S EXECUTIVE

No u cannot apply for ca ipcc on the basis of cs executive as the reverse is allowed.

Yes, you can register for CA ipcc...
Students who have passed the Intermediate level examination conducted by (ICWAI) The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or by (ICSI) The Institute of Company Secretaries of India are exempted from Writing CPT Exam.
Though, unlike for Graduates/ Post Graduates who are eligible can directly join Articleship training, The Students falling under this category are eligible for Joining Articleship training only after Passing the 1st group of IPCC.
