I applied for Both groups of IPCC Nov 2016, but I am preparing only for Group 2.
Will it be there any issues regarding Evaluation work, either chances of valuation done strictly under this circumstances...

Remove such thoughts from your mind and simply focus on the Examination and perform well. Don't make any assumptions in terms of valuation and it will not affect if you have done exceedingly well in the examination. All the very best for your November 2016 Examination.
