18 August 2014 hello, please tell me, which external books shall i refer for practical problems of a/c, c.a.& f.m, taxation etc. and for b.law & comm.which book is preferable for case studies.
for accounting standard practical problems with basic understanding which book is to be preferable?

18 August 2014 For Accounts-try to arrange Praveen sharma Sir's class notes along with his book.Else Padhuka.
Costing -mittal and maheswari
FM-Ashish Kalra
Tax-Vk singhania.
Law and comm-Munish bhandari.In Munish Bhandari Sir's book you will get ample of case studies.
For AS -Padhuka will cover it.

For presentation,case studies and practicing numerical problems it is highly recommended to refer practice manual,mock test papers and RTPs

18 August 2014 Thank you for your precious reply. I will prefer these books.
i have may-08 pcc book of a/c and costing & fin. mgt. can i use this books because in a/c book it contain 14 topics and in costing it covers all as applicable to now i.e. may-15 attempt.
can i prefer padhuka publication books for all subjects new editions.

18 August 2014 Well I will not suggest you to refer those books ,as its a gap of 7 years.This way you will have to refer 5-6 ammendment books and it will confuse you even more.
Padhuka is good for all subjects but it is somewhat technical for some subjects like law.Vk singhania is best for tax..You will get almost every kind of numerical which is not available elsewhere.Explaination is also very simple.
