With reference to the announcement made in the link above, I would like to know whether the change is applicable from Nov 2013 exam??
If no, then from which batch is it applicable?

24 August 2013 Applicable from Nov2013 exam ,,

see they have qouted from july2013 edition practise manual

moreover they said it is not compliant with Accounting standard,,so they may not ask questions on this topic
