14 April 2009 I want to know that how can i score good marks in income tax in IPCC exams going to be held in Nov 2009.
I have problems in remembring all those sections and its contents.
How can i make it easier so that i can fetch good marks?????

14 April 2009 You can not remember all sections so better to read fundamental sections.

Dont write section which you are not sure to be correct in exams.

I agree with Prakash.

But in your case you are also forgetting the contents of the section. If you forget the contents then how can you scored the marks.

14 April 2009 Tanveer it is not really important to mug up the sections and content what really imp. is you understand the sections and its logic correctly in toto.
just understand the content.
discuss it with ur frined.
Try to find out logic behind provisions.
use mnemonic and codes(if u needs its example send me a PM.
learn and write important provisions.
listen audio of provisions

there are many solution, but all are useless until u try with true heart.
