i am pe2 student. i have passed group I of pe2. and i have sent coversion form for coversion to IPCC. i did not received any document from institute. Can i fill -up IPCC examimation form for November examination .

In my view, in case you have the acknowledgement in your hand, and also that fees has been duly paid, so there is no harm , if the institute did not communicate it to you.
I think, you can still fill up the form. Also, contact the institute office for getting the updated status on your application.
