02 March 2011 I SEND MY IPCC EXAM FORM THRU SPEED POST ON 17TH FEB. ITS 2nd MAR. NOW & STILL IT HAS NOT REACHED THE DELHI OFFICE. I CONFIRMED IT THRU SPEED POST TRACKING ON WEBSITE. EVEN ASKED IN POST OFFICE & ON HELPLINE NOS. BT NO SATISFACTORY REPLY GIVEN BY NE1....I MAILED THE HELPDESK & WAITING 4 REPLY. HELP ME OUT FRNZZ
