in ipcc exam i wrote mistakenly with blue ink institute value my paper or not

For the first time, usage of Black pen is made applicable for CA examination. This is probably to have uniformity in usage of color such a measure may be adopted. However, there are instances where some of the candidates have answered in blue pen, it would be evaluated by the examiner, but make sure in future you fall in line with the principle of uniformity.
