Dear sir/Ma'am,
is there any extra charge or penalty for giving 2nd or 3rd attempt of IPCC exam, apart from exam fee?

But if your registration is oler than 4 years, you should pay Rs. 400 for revalidating your IPCC registration. It will be valid for another 4 years.
But I guess, in your case it will be less than 4 years. So, relax.. !
