Ipcc conversion clarification

13 September 2012 I have an exemption in law paper( 1st group) of IPCC , But i didnt cleared my IPCC 1st group yet. If i converted for new scheme can i claim for exemption in that too.(That too this is my last attempt for that exemption paper)that is out of 3 times 2 times exemption claimed now 3rd time. please clarify me as soon as possible because if i can then i have to opt for new scheme and register for Articles within 30th sep 2012.

20 September 2012 The exemption can be claimed only 3 times.
You already have claimed 2 times and going to claim 3rd in Nov'12.
So, no question to carry fwd the exemption under new scheme.

In case the 3 attempts would not have lasted, you would have got corresponding exemption under new scheme for the remaining no of attempts.
