Is it advisable to go for both groups together.. and how to prepare fo them ?

Yes, its beneficial to go for both groups as the set off benefit will be available..
Regular study of all practical papers, and thoroughly reading of all theoretical papers will fetch better result..
Do complete RTPs and Practice manuals for better marks...
