sir i had submitted my ipcc may2011 exm form in which i applied for exemption but for that i had not attached my marksheet xerox with the form.
whether it will create any problem?

As far as I remember we only need to mention our Roll no. of the previous attempt for which we are claiming exemption so it s'd not make any difference..
