can I apply for only IPCC 2nd group without applying IPCC 1st group in exam form?

Yes you can apply for only 2nd group without applying 1st group in exam form. There is no restriction on this.

You can apply for IPCC Group 2 Only, but you can start your articleship only after clearing group 1
