Sir,
I gave my 1st attempt of ipcc. Then I didn't pay the exam fee and didnt appear in the 2nd attempt.. Will that be consider as an attempt? How many times one can give the attempt with the initial registeration fee?

Attempts is not the criteria..
Once Student registered for IPCC it will be valid for 4 years from the date of registration..
