i had left ipcc before 1 year now i want to give ipcc exam again in nov 2013....
can i do so?

Yes, you can do. In case if your IPCC registration is not in force as on the dates of exams then you have to renewal your registration. IPCC registration is valid for 4 years from the date of registration to IPCC. So By Nov 2013 if such period of 4 years not completed then you need not to renewal your registration other wise you have to renewal it.
