25 June 2013 I registered under IPCC 2009 and i can start articleship after passing 1st group only and as per new IPCC rule we can apply for articleship before exam. can anyone give me idea about this am i eligible for this new procedure ???

25 June 2013 1)first of all your ipcc registration was expired as it is completed 4 years from the date of registration...

2)So please contact icai and ask how to re-validate

3)you need to convert from present scheme to direct entry scheme to join into articleship and if you do like this you will get attempt only after completing 9 months of article ship and before joining article ship you have to complete itt and orientation also

Please contact nearest regional branch to get some clarity and clear procedure on how to go ahead

25 June 2013 No need to do ITT &ORIENTATION if you have done it already..

you just need to re validate your ipcc registration and need to convert from ipcc to direct entry scheme ipcc

to do like this you should have passed graduation with more than 60%..

Please contact icai regional office for conversion process as your ipcc registration validity expired there may be some special process...they will guide you in a better way
