Invoice removal time

what is the important of removal time. if i was prepare invoice date / time for example 22/03/2014 time 17:00 and removal time 23/03/2014 time 19:00 ) wht is wrong with that.
pls explain sir

22 March 2014 Date and time for prepared of invoice and removal of invoice is mandatory as per rule 11 for central excise rules 2002.
