This discussion addresses concerns about FY 17-18 invoices not appearing in GSTR2A. It clarifies that suppliers can still file pending GSTR1 returns for that period, and these invoices should then reflect in the buyer's GSTR2A. However, if a supplier simply forgot to enter an invoice and their GSTR1 is not pending, they cannot add it now as the time limit for amendments has expired. The government's extension until January 17, 2020, was specifically for those who had not yet filed their GSTR1.

If the Supplier's GSTR1 pending for the FY 17-18 then he/she can definitely show those invoices in GSTR1 and it will be reflected in Buyer's GSTR2A
