I HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOR EXCISE REGISTRATION FOR DEALER ONLINE.
I HAVE GOT APPLICATION NO. WHICH WILL BE MY EXCISE REGISTRATION NO.
REGISTRATION IS PENDING.
I HAVE TO ISSUE EXCISE INVOICE TO A BUYER.
CAN I DO IT ? OR I HAVE TO WAIT FOR REGISTRATION ?

Do not issue invoice before the date of registration certificate and registration no. The buyer will have problem in claiming cenvat credit.

IF you get Excise Registration Number, from the registration Date onwards you have issue Dealer Invoice to your customers.
