In a contract work the service recipient and service povider having Kerala GST registration.
Place of supply in Tamil nadu
We have to issue IGST invoice or CGST + SGST ?

Both are registered in same state hence its considered in intra-state transaction only so CGST+SGST only applicable. if suppose the the service provider raise invoice to service recipient @ tamilnadu location then IGST applicable.
