My question about investment

I want to invest in a company , So what should i check before investing in a company.

16 August 2018 If your intention to Invest in Equity, then look at the following things.

1. Growth of the company from last 8 to 10 yrs
2. Look at the financial ratios P/E, Debt/Equity Ratio, ROE etc. of the company.
3. Look at the company's top management decisions for Expansion Project, Market sustainability, Profit Margins etc.
4. Look at the share holding pattern of the company.

Besides all these fundamentals you need to make some analysis, market study and analyse behavior of market.

If Company is a LLC and did never deal in equity and preference share .

in this case what should i check.
