Dear Expert,
A Pvt Ltd co. purchased a land for Investment purpose.
During the filing of ITR where it should be appeared.
In ITR Under the Head of investment only securities is given.

Land at cost should be shown under Fixed assets if it is not real estate company though it may be investment purpose.
If it is real estate company same should be shown as Inventory.
If it is real estate company same should be shown as Inventory.
