Can any one tell me whether share application money paid by a company need to be shown in investment or Advance
plz reply as soon as possible

It has to be disclosed under "Advance-Subscription of shares"

Till the shares are alloted, it has to be shown as Advance- Subscription of shares under the schedule Loans & Advances and after the shares are alloted, it should be shown in Investment Schedule either as Long term Investment or Short Term Investment depending on the nature of investments.
