A NRI wants to invest in a company (business being paper industry)and a firm (business being quarry) in India. How can the company or the firm avail the funds from NRI? kindly suggest the ways to obtain the funds under FEMA.

Kindly specify more facts :
1. What the company is doing in paper industry.
2.Investment in firm is allowed under automatic route if the invested amount is on non-repatriation basis. If the invested amount is to be taken out of India RBI approval is required.
