if there is nothing information is given in the question about the opening balance of the investment whether cum-interest or ex-interest then this will become ex or cum-interest?please give he solution about this query.

It should be treated as Ex-interest. Take due care to make a clear assumption in this regard in your answer by way of suitable note.

sir if treated as cum-interest then solution is totally wrong or not? if question is 15 marks then the examiner can deduct howmany marks with out suitable note.
