WHAT TO DO IF AN ITR OF A.Y 18-19 GOT INVALID ....IS IT A BETTER WAY TO FILE A NEW RETURN OR WE SHOULD REQUEST FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY????? PLEASE SUGGEST

If ITR declared as Invalid from ITD website, you need to file condonation first with jurisdictional Assessing officer with reasonable cause. You may first check with ITD website, if option to upload rectified return or revised return is still available, you may upload rectified return at the earliest, otherwise it can be filed and accepted by Income Tax Department with their discretion.
