Dear Sir,
our company bought car & paid installment with interest to icic bank than our liability to deducted TDS on interest amount or not

No Bank is exempt from TDS on interest
23 March 2012
Exemtion has been granted to deduction of TDS for Interest paid to a banking company or any co operative society engaged in banking business under section 194A.
