Hello friends.
Please tell me whetherintra transactions are considered as speculative income or not & if it is the at what rate it will be taxed.It would be of flat rate of 30% or normal slab rates.

inta day transaction is speculative tansaction. it shall be taxable at slab rate if assessee in an individual.
