I am salaried employee and I have form 16 and Losses in Online Intra-day Share Trading, losses in Future and Option Trading, losses in Currency Derivative Trading and 3 year holding Mutual Fund losses.

1. What form I have to fill ITR-1,2,3,4?
2. Under what head Intra-day share Trading losses comes and how to carry forward the losses?

3. Under what head Short Term Equity capital loss comes and how to carry forward the losses?

4.Under what head Future and Option Trading losses come and how to carry forward the losses?

5.Under what head Currency Trading losses comes and how to carry forward the losses?

6.I have losses in Mutual Fund 3 year holding 2008-2011. Under what head this will come and can I carry forward the losses and how?

Example:

I have Rs.100 loss in Intra-day share Trading
I have Rs.100 loss in Short Term Capital losses
I have Rs.100 loss in Future & Option losses
I have Rs.100 loss in Currency Derivative losses
I have Rs.100 loss in Mutual fund 3 year holdings

u can carryforword capital losses as well speculative business losses...
