30 November 2011 An intimation under Section 143(1) is deemed to be a notice of demand u/s 156 of the Act.

As per Section 220, any amount payable in a notice of demand shall be paid within 30 days of the service of the notice at the place and to the person mentioned in the notice .

Now my question is as under:

Intimation received from CPC

Date of order as mentioned in intimation: 08-09-2011

Date of receipt(e-mail received): 22-11-2011.

30 days will be counted from which date?
