Intimation u/s 143(1)

16 November 2011 One of my relative got an intimation from CPC us 143(1) after e-filing return where in income is below the exemption limits.

In the said notice there is no refund and also no demand for any tax. Both 'Net Amount Payable' & 'Net Amount Refundable' are zero ('O').

Does it simply an intimation of Assessment completion or need any further action from our side.

Do we need to communicate to CPC for any reason/purose?

16 November 2011 Hi,Notice stands for return is OK ,No further discussion on the issue.If there was refund,U can move further .

16 November 2011 It is just and intimation regarding your return filed. If you have found any discrepancy in comparison with your return filed then move ahead otherwise no action is required.

17 November 2011 It is simply a intimation that your ITR is assess and it is assessment order. if you are satisfied with than nothing to do keep it for your record but if this is not ok than you can file rectification.
