hello,
If from Bangalore CPC we don't receive intimation order and receive only cheque of lesser amount than claimed in that what is the procedure to get the intimation order u/s 143 from CPC bangalore

CPC has outsource the refund dispatch to SBI, now SBI sends the Chq. & then wait for some days intimation will come directly to you.
After that you need to file the rectification with CPC for correct refund order.

cpc is in the process of sending intimation via mail and also a hard copy to assesse's mailing address. So please check your mail.
