an intimation u/s 143(1) has come due to an error in rounding off of the gross total income how to give reply for that

Due to rounding of rupee is not a mistake even you didn't rounded automatically during the process CPC shall round the rupee, However 143(1) means intimation how the CPC shall process your ITR by comparing with the self assessed by the assessee, So except this if you found any other mistake in the process of CPC then has to respond, if such mistake is there then please specify the nature of mistake and its details for the suggestion.

total income after deduction as per return is not rounded off but as per department its been rounded off the difference is only that

Then it in not the mistake and doesn't make any problem, you need not to respond any thing for that.
