28 December 2010 Now in case of refund through refund banker ,i have not received Intimation U/S 143(1)???
Received only refund??

29 December 2010 The refund itself is a deemed intimation u/s 143(1).

31 December 2010 YES. INTIMATION U/S 143(1) MUST BE ISSUED. NORMALLY BOTH ARE ISSUED ON THE SAME DAY .THE DEALY IS DUE TO POSTAL SYSTEM.

01 January 2011 But i received the refund through SBI under refund banker, if deptt sends Intimation separately from refund Banker??

01 January 2011 THE PROCEDURE OF ISSUEING REFUND AND INTIMATION ARE AS BELOW.
AFTER PROCESSING THE RETURN DEPARTMENT WILL ISSUE THE INTIMATION AND INFORM REFUND BANKER ABOUT YOUR REFUND.I THINK YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN DIRECTLY CREDITED YOUR BANK.
WAIT FOR FEW DAYS.
THE INTIMATION WILL COME WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO.
