08 March 2016 Thank u very much for your reply. But since CPC Bangalore had diverted the income tax return of ay 2009-10 to the assessing officer as per the status on income tax site, how can CPC Bangalore send the intimation u/s 143 (1). The assessing officer might have issued the said intimation to the assessee. Am I right Sir ? That is the reason CPC Bangalore has replied { " No Intimation is existing" } while calling for intimation u/s 143 (1) for ay 2009-10. Am I right Sir ? Please guide me. In this case I will have to meet the assessing officer of the related ward of the assessee in connection with intimation u/s 143 (1).

08 March 2016 There are many reasons for transfer of case from CPC to Local AO. In your case since case is of 2009-10 Hence CPC has transfer the case to local AO. Now you have to deal with local AO only
