04 September 2011 Internal control normally differs from organization to organization, since internal controls are normally an evolutionary process, developed over a period of time, better visit few organizations and study the internal controls prevailing there in case of purchase, sales, conveyance etc. Books are only for guiding, any good book on Auditing will suffice.
